A leading company in healthcare services is seeking a Licensed Senior Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. This opportunity involves assisting members with inquiries related to their benefits, billing, and eligibility while providing exceptional customer service. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from members and assist with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and eligibility
- Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to identify specific questions or issues
- Utilize knowledge of Medicare products to guide prospects in selecting the most suitable options
- Conduct outreach to welcome new members as needed
- Follow up on customer inquiries via phone regarding current or new products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Active and in good standing Accident & Health Insurance Sales License in your state of residence
- Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm EST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools
