Job description

Description : Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Licensed School Social Worker at Harambee Community School. This is a .4 FTE position for the 2025-2026 school year. The licensed school social worker will establish positive mental health supports, assist teams with the design of pre-referral interventions, and support positive behavioral interventions and supports, as well as establish positive working relationships with students, staff, families, and community resources. The start date for this position is August 18, 2025.

Harambee currently follows a year-round calendar and will continue to do so for the 2025-26 school-year. Starting in the 2026-27 school year, Harambee will follow a 9-month calendar.

Qualifications : Masters in Social Work, Minnesota Board of Social Work License as a School Social Worker, & Minnesota Department of Education School Social Worker II License. LICSW license is required.

Compensation : Minimum full time, full year starting salary is $56,206 (prorated based on FTE - see matrix), plus a district contribution towards health and dental insurance.
