Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology from accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas license as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment and behavior interventions.
• Strong consultation with teachers, parents, and students.

Responsibilities

• Select and administer assessments to evaluate intellectual, emotional, and behavioral functioning for IEPs.
• Conduct counseling sessions and provide mental health support in schools.
• Develop and maintain evaluation reports, FBA, and BIPs within district timelines.
• Collaborate with ARD committees to support appropriate placement and IEP development.
