Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the school health program goals with staff and community resources.
• Identify and address health problems that may interfere with learning.
• Maintain student health records and health service statistics.
• Administer medications and treatments as approved by policy and Virginia Nursing Law.
• Provide health counseling and connect families with community health resources.
• Collaborate with school staff and community agencies to support student health and safety.
