Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial, institutional, municipal, healthcare, educational, or industrial plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems across district facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions and extend equipment life.
• Respond to leaks, blockages, sewer backups, water quality issues, and equipment failures.
• Inspect restrooms, kitchens, and water fixtures; coordinate with admins and staff.
• Maintain records, work orders, inspections, and inventory documentation.
• Support renovations, capital projects, and new construction activities.
• Follow district safety policies and OSHA requirements; assist during emergencies.
