As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active state cosmetology or barber license.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon setting.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations—scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a legendary client experience.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth.
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Champion exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
