Sport Clips Haircuts of Clackamasis in Clackamas, Oregon is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations and drive an exceptional client experience. The role suits an experienced licensed stylist/barber ready to grow leadership while continuing to cut hair.

You will support leadership, coach stylists, and help with scheduling, opening/closing, and standards, delivering high-quality men’s grooming and building a strong, welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Cosmetology or Barber License required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber preferred (men’s cutting).
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and team development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
