Ideal candidates are experienced licensed hair stylists, barbers, or cosmetologists who want to grow into management while continuing to cut hair.

Qualifications

• Must hold New Jersey Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
