Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in White Bear Lake is hiring a Licensed Salon Manager to lead a brand-new team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences for families with children. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while mentoring stylists and driving revenue through service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years behind the chair with leadership or management experience and hold a valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager’s License.

• 5+ years behind the chair; leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager’s License is required.
• Warm, professional demeanor with the ability to energize a team.
