The ideal candidate holds a valid Texas cosmetology or barber license, can work flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional guest services
• Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
• Drive profitability and retail performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and support staff
• Handle staff relations and client concerns
• Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and develop others
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits

• Average earnings of $25–$45/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
