SmartStyle Hair Salon, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager in Texas. You will lead daily salon operations, coach stylists, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role offers base pay plus commissions and tips, health and retirement benefits, and growth opportunities. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates leadership and customer service excellence.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.
