Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Leader (Salon Manager) for our Rivergate location. You will lead a team of licensed stylists and barbers, coach performance, and deliver the Championship Haircut Experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate holds a NC cosmetology or barber license, has leadership experience, excels at developing talent, and thrives on creating a family-like salon culture with opportunities to advance.
Qualifications
- Licensed cosmetologist or barber in North Carolina.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a salon.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop hairstylists and drive sales.
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
