Sport Clips is hiring a Salon Manager to start immediately in our Carlisle, PA salon with a fun atmosphere and an established client base. You will join a family-oriented team and help build a strong group dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and salon results.

As part of the management team, you will motivate and coach stylists, balance client service with team leadership, and strive to provide a championship haircut experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Current cosmetology or barber license (Pennsylvania).

Our salon in Carlisleis looking for an experienced Managerto join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.
Our salon managers typically average $32-42per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives. The manager is also eligible for monthlybonuses based on store performance!
