Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking Licensed Hair Stylists to turn talent into earnings and career momentum. Your pay combines service and retail commissions with tips, with top stylists earning $45 to $88+ per hour and reaching $100K+ annually.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your income as demand grows. Walk-in guests and strong guest loyalty fuel immediate earnings, supported by marketing and in-salon promos.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Bonus points if you have an existing book, which we’ll help you grow from day one
