Job summary

Allstate Exclusive Agency Staff recruits Insurance Sales Professionals to grow a local agency under a trusted national brand. Build client relationships, educate customers on protection products, and become a trusted advisor in your community.

You’ll receive comprehensive training with no prior insurance experience required, plus base pay with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. Licensing support is provided; remote roles require active licensing and local office connections.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience is a plus!)

• No insurance experience required—we’ll help you get licensed

• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication skills and follow-through

• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
