South West Plumbing & Waterheaters Inc is seeking a Licensed Residential Service Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing services to residential customers while upholding safety standards, codes, and company procedures.

The role combines hands-on diagnostics, installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, and coordination with office staff for permits and documentation. WA/ID licenses and strong communication and sales skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid PL01 or PL02 license in WA or ID.
• Valid Administrative License (Admin License).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing.
• Customer service and sales experience with a solutions focus.
• Excellent communication and professionalism when representing the company.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar job-tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters and drains.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems per code and standards.
• Explain diagnoses, solutions, and costs clearly to customers.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid emergencies.
• Collaborate with office staff on permits and required documentation.
