Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves and plumbing equipment.
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners; prepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan.
• Complete detailed job documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Follow Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $42.00 to $55.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, present repair options, complete high-quality repairs, and provide exceptional customer service in occupied homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and plumbing equipment
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeownersPrepare accurate estimates using ServiceTitan
• Complete detailed job documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Follow all Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety standards
• Participate in the on-call rotation

Qualifications

Required

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Gas fitting experience
• Water treatment or water filtration experience
