Job summary

SALT Service Co. is seeking a Residential Electrical Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a licensed electrician who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding customer service skills.

Our technicians diagnose electrical issues, educate homeowners, and provide solutions that improve safety, comfort, and efficiency. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or until daily assignments are completed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license required
1+ year of experience as an Electrical Apprentice
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales experience and estimating knowledge are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Stay current on industry standards and new technologies.
Educate homeowners on safety improvements and energy-saving options.
