Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated, knowledgeable, and results-driven Licensed Residential Loan Officer or Commercial & Business Lending Advisors to join our growing team. This role involves originating residential, commercial, and business loans. Including large project financing with no funding cap. Candidates will work independently or within a team environment to support clients through the lending process while contributing to business development and potential profit share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and/or refer loan applications for residential mortgages, commercial real estate, and business financing.
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness, income documentation, and risk profiles.
• Guide clients through the loan process from pre-qualification to closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, referral partners, and internal team members.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, underwriting criteria, and market trends.
• Select and collaborate with a processing partner from our list of approved vendors.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation across all loan files.
• Identify opportunities to stay in touch with clients
• Attend networking and community outreach events to enhance client base and market visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and/or business lending.
• NMLS license required for residential mortgage origination (or ability to obtain).
• Commercial and business loan professionals without an NMLS license may work within a team structure.
• In-depth understanding of lending practices, loan products, and underwriting processes.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and close deals independently or as part of a team.
