The ideal candidate holds an active state appraisal license (Residential, Licensed, or General) and has experience with appraisal software.

Qualifications

• Active state certified residential, licensed, or certified general appraisal license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with appraisal software preferred.
