We are a full-service outpatient mental health clinic offering individual, group, and family therapy, medication management, and specialized services including psychiatric rehabilitation, substance abuse treatment, autism services, and more.

Program Description

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRP) are therapeutic supportive services provided in the community by trained Rehabilitation Coordinators for youth and adults engaged in mental health treatment. The goal of PRP is to maximize community integration and help clients achieve successful and satisfying lives through collaborative rehabilitation planning.

Position Details

We are seeking a licensed Rehabilitation Specialist to oversee PRP services, supervise coordinators, and develop assessments and treatment plans. This full-time position involves creating clinical assessments and treatment plans for new and existing clients, ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for new clients within 5 days of referral receipt.
  • Coordinate and participate in treatment team meetings, including reauthorization processes.
  • Supervise Rehabilitation Coordinators and collaborate with therapists.
Qualifications
  • Licensed as a social worker or counselor.
  • Experience with mental health or human services.
  • Proficient with computer software.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
