Qualifications

• Must have Blue seal Refrigeration Toxic License/Seal & Black Seal Steam License/Seal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Ammonia refrigeration system and building heating/air conditioning equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working condition.
• Coordinate maintenance resources internally and externally.

Skills

Knowledge of equipment set-up

Preventative maintenance techniques

Knowledge of state and federal requirements

Ability to read and interpret manuals

Education
