Qualifications

• Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and installation of HVAC/R systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Validate laboratory air flows to meet OSHA safety requirements.

Skills

Past experience as an HVAC service technician

Refrigeration experience

Valid Drivers License

EPA Certification

Operation and maintenance of chillers

Ability to climb ladders

Excellent written skills
