Qualifications

• Massachusetts refrigeration license is required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Experience in commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC piping.
• Strong brazing, soldering, pipefitting, and refrigeration piping skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and mechanical plans.
• Knowledge of pressure testing, evacuation, leak detection, and refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC piping systems.
• Install refrigerant piping, fittings, valves, controls, and related components.
• Measure, cut, bend, braze, solder, and assemble piping per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and job specs.
• Perform pressure testing, leak detection, evacuation, and start-up.
