A top-producing real estate team is looking for a motivated Showing Agent to join our elite group of industry professionals!

You’ll work alongside top producers, host open houses, and show properties for our Senior Buyer Agents while gaining invaluable experience.

Applicants must be licensed. If you are actively enrolled in real estate courses, you have the opportunity to earn your way to the elite team through our coaching program.

Responsibilities

• Follow the team plan
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 at plan
