Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT.
• Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the country.
• Must pursue real estate as a Full-Time agent.
