Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately.
