You must have an active license or be enrolled in real estate school. We provide thorough, hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in prospecting, presenting properties, negotiating, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or enrollment in real estate school.
• No prior real estate experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate distressed residential properties.
• Build relationships with buyers and develop new business.
• Present properties and negotiate transactions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers.
• Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other professionals.
• Build repeat business and long-term relationships.
