Qualificações

• Active Real Estate License with strong knowledge of real estate principles and practices.
• Proven sales skills: prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing transactions.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage client expectations.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and local market conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work with clients and colleagues.
• On-site full-time in New Baltimore, MI with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and basic office software.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings and client meetings.
