Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, open houses, and other avenues
• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing guidance
• Prepare market analyses to help clients make informed decisions
• List properties and market them effectively using MLS, digital tools, and marketing materials
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and offers
• Maintain accurate transaction records and stay compliant with laws and brokerage policies
• Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional client service
• Participate in optional team meetings, training sessions, and company events
