$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

In this role, you will be essential in supporting our agents and clients by managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication. Your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will be vital in delivering outstanding service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine enthusiasm for real estate, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Get ready to rock the real estate world with Community Partner Group! Here's the rundown of your mission:

  • Conquer the lead generation systems weekly.
  • Show off your hosting chops with two open houses a month during your first 90 days in the Agent Launch Program.
  • Transform your prospecting and lead-gen wizardry into actual appointments.
  • Join the script practice party every week.
  • Dive into team activities because we believe in working hard and having a blast doing it.
  • Embrace the remote life with weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, virtual trainings, and a Partner Call.
  • Be the buyer's whisperer – consult, convert with signed agreements, and point them towards dream homes.
  • Flex those negotiation muscles and write offers.
  • Keep everything in check with the magic of PLACE Technology.
Qualifications

Calling all sales rockstars! If you're the kind of go-getter who's intrinsically motivated, rocks a competitive spirit, and can build rapport easily, then we want YOU! You should be experienced in prospecting and lead generation, have excellent communication skills, and be a licensed real estate professional ready to succeed in the industry. You're organized, growth-minded, and willing to learn scripts and dialogues. Excellent time management skills are a must. Industry experience is a plus, but we're open to all levels of greatness!
