Orchard is expanding to Nashville, TN in early 2025 and we are looking for a customer-focused, licensed and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our founding team there. At Orchard Brokerage, you can grow your business with the team that’s redefining the real estate experience. Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns over $50k a year and up to $200k but could earn more. There is no cap on earnings.

• An active and unrestricted Tennessee real estate license and are located in Nashville, TN
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
