What You’ll Do as a Real Estate Agent

You’ll be in the driver’s seat of your business, with full support from our leadership team and office

systems.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Hosting open houses, listing appointments, and client consultations

Prospecting through your network, referrals, and lead sources

Marketing listings and building your brand locally

Managing transactions from contract to close with professionalism

Staying informed on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies
