Job summary

Velaz Group LLC is seeking a licensed Public Adjuster in New Jersey to join our growing team. You will represent homeowners to secure maximum settlements and work with our roofing and restoration teams to restore homes after damage.

This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers commission-based earnings with strong earning potential and support from an experienced team. A valid NJ Public Adjuster License and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Public Adjuster license is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for storm and property damage.
• Review homeowners' insurance policies to determine coverage.
• Document damages with photos, measurements, reports, and estimates.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims on behalf of homeowners.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements.
• Maintain regular communication with homeowners throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with Velaz Group's roofing and restoration teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Public Adjuster regulations and ethics.
