Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedic care in the Del Mar area. You will work with PTs to deliver high-quality rehab, instruct patients in exercises, and document progress in the EMR.

The role offers strong mentorship, incentives, and growth opportunities in a collaborative clinic setting. Ideal candidates hold PTA licensure or eligibility and have experience in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as PTA.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans and exercises.
• Communicate patient progress with PTs regularly.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and document patient responses and attendance.
• Set up equipment and assist during therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
