Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team at a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Middle Township, NJ. A $5K sign-on bonus is available for this role.

You will provide supervised therapy under a licensed PT, participate in patient selection, documentation, and care coordination while supporting our mission of high-quality rehabilitation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.
