Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, a member of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time position in Middle Township, NJ. Earn a $5K sign-on bonus and enjoy a supportive team focused on quality care in SNF and long-term care settings.

You’ll provide supervised PT services under a licensed PT, collaborate with staff, maintain documentation, and help identify appropriate patients for therapy while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
