Job summary

Patewood Post Acute, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Greenville, SC, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) full-time to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy under a Physical Therapist's direction.

The role focuses on helping residents regain mobility and independence, with opportunities for training, career growth, and competitive compensation across our South Carolina network. Requires SC PTA license and SNF rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in South Carolina (required, in good standing).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Follow physician treatment plans and established care goals.
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate resident progress with the care team.
• Participate in care planning and rehabilitation conferences.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education.
• Train restorative aides and support nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe therapy areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state practice act and facility policies.
