Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Ocala, FL, focusing on SNF and long-term care settings. You will deliver PT interventions under a licensed PT, coordinate patient care, and help maintain documentation and compliance while supporting patient progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
