Tender Touch Rehab Services in Ocala, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide therapy under supervision of a licensed PT and help identify suitable patients for therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
