Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in Morris, IL. The position requires a licensed PTA and offers a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

As part of a long-standing therapy organization, you’ll provide PT-assisted treatments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
