Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in Morris, IL. You will provide PT services under supervision, support patient selection in therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations in a SNF/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
