Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/long-term care team on a part-time basis. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with supervision provided by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
