Renewal Rehab in Morris, IL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, identify appropriate patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
