Renewal Rehab in Paxton, IL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF/long-term care team as a full-time employee. You will provide therapy under supervision of a licensed PT and help identify appropriate patients for therapy, coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referral.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
