Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time SNF setting in California. Compensation is $36.00-$39.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow through our clinical education programs.

You will provide PT assistant services under a licensed therapist, help identify appropriate patients, coordinate evaluations, and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
