South Pacific Rehab Services in California is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time SNF setting. You will provide PT treatments under supervision of licensed PT, select patients, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply and hold an active PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
