Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Comply with all applicable state and professional practice standards.
