Job summary

Village Med & Rehabilitation in Rego Park, Queens, NY, seeks a New York State–licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a modern outpatient setting.

This is a full-time role offering 32-40 hours per week, with compensation of $50-$55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Conduct periodic reevaluations and document progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and the clinical team.
• Provide patient education and home exercise programs.
• Comply with NYS and Article 28 standards.
