Job Overview

Fairview Range is hiring a Licensed Psychotherapist for our Partial Hospitalization Program in Hibbing, MN.

The Licensed Psychotherapist provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals participating in a structured individual or day treatment program. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, facilitating individual/group therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement structured treatment plans.

Schedule

This is a Full-time position working 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day shift. Weekends: None

About This Unit

• 34 beds between 2 units
• Multidisciplinary care team including Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, Unit Assistants, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
• Patient population: adult (ages 18+)

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, you will:

• Plan and facilitate therapeutic groups and individual activities and utilize current evidence-based practices for the identified population.
• Complete diagnostic intake assessments.
• Co-facilitate outpatient therapy groups.
• Develop an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, clinical diagnosis, level of functioning and other relevant needs.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and provide input to interdisciplinary team in developing a discharge plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, clinical diagnosis, and level of functioning and other relevant needs.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Social Work or Psychology
• 2 years Mental Health experience
• Current MN license for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, or group therapy.
